Abstract: The paper present the possibility of GIS's application to determine present day tectonic movement, deformation and construction works as well. The method is correlated by analyzing GPS data in some European stations with BERNEASE softwares,Version 5.0.The obtained calculated figures coincided exactly with the results got by the Astronomical Institute ,Universityof Bern using the same input data with horizontal precision of 0.3-0.4mm and vertical accuracy of 1.0-1.2 mm. This method is applied to determine factual horizontal tectonic displacement, land subsidence and construction deformation at the continuous GPS station Lang in combination with some other International GPS Service(IGS). The coordinate in the International terrestrial Reference Frame (ICb00 and the absolute rate of movement are determined with horizontal accuracy 6.0-1.8mm and vertical accuracy 1.0-4.0

Abstract: Two main parameters in rotary drilling regim control the efficiency of drilling process are the weight on bit and the rotated speed. Theoreticaly these two parameters are independent each others but in practice optimization of the drilling regim. They have a closely interrelation ship. The study of interrelation ship of these two parameters gives us the scientific basic for the orientation in optimizing adjusment of drilling regim.
